Living in a rural and remote region means accessing some health services is a challenge. For others travelling through the area, the same challenge presents. For this reason, Esperance Physiotherapy has long offered secure, telehealth consultations. As a hands-on clinic, we recognise that telehealth consultations aren't ideal for some conditions, but for many, they provide a valuable and practical solution.

Online physiotherapy is safe and effective for many, but may not be ideal if you:
Is telehealth physiotherapy effective?
Indeed, research indicates that online physio is effective for pain, post-surgical rehab, and chronic conditions.
What technology do I need?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and stable internet service.
Can I book online?
Yes. You can book your appointment (see link at the top of the page) or call our team (90715055). If booking through the website, select "1. Physiotherapy" and then "Telehealth - Initial Consultation & Treatment". If you need longer than 30 minutes, select 'Telehealth - Extended Consultation & Treatment'. Click 'Select' for your practitioner of choice, then choose your preferred day/time as available.
Can I get rebates for online physiotherapy through private health or Medicare?
Most funding bodies now recognise telehealth. Please check with your specific fund if you are unsure. We have claim-on-the-spot facilities, or we can send you your 'paid invoice' to submit for a claim.
Who can access your virtual Physiotherapy services?
We provide telehealth Physiotherapy consultations to clients in Australia and internationally.
