A portion of our mission statement reads “We aim for excellence in service and promotion of positive health & well-being”. In addition to providing hands-on assessment and education, we have found that certain products are required to optimise clients' recovery.

All of these products have been selected from a wide range of suppliers based on their ability to meet the criteria of effectiveness and value for money. Some products do have cheaper alternatives, but over the longer term, we have determined when to apply the principle “you get what you pay for”.

One of the biggest benefits of buying from us is that we have physiotherapists on hand to help you select and size the right product. We are continually researching and evaluating new products as they come to market.

If you have a specific product in mind, please let us know, and we may be able to recommend a higher quality and/or cheaper alternative.

For items being posted, we prefer to use Australia Post Parcel Post, as it offers the best value for money.
