Overview of Retail Products

A portion of our mission statement reads “We aim for excellence in service and promotion of positive health & well being”. In addition to providing hands-on assessment and education, we have found that certain products are required to optimize clients' recovery.

All of these products have been selected from a wide range of suppliers, depending on their ability to fulfill the criteria of effectiveness and value for money. Some products do have cheaper alternatives but over the longer term we have determined when to apply the principle “you get what you pay for”.

One of the biggest benefits of buying from us is that we have physiotherapists on hand who can assist in selecting and sizing the right product for you. We are continually researching and evaluating new products as they come to market.

If you have a specific product in mind, please let us know and we may be able to recommend a higher quality and, or cheaper alternative.

For those items being sent on we prefer using Australia Post Express Parcel post as this is the best value for money and provides a degree of tracking.
