Hi everyone,
I've been using Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) for the past few months to boost my ovulation. I'm currently on a 100mg dose and wanted to share some insights and ask about your experiences.
First off, has anyone else tried this dosage? How did you find it compared to lower doses like 50 mg?

Hello HealthSeeker24,
I've been on Clomid for a while now. I started with 50mg but my doctor recommended increasing it to 100mg after a few cycles. It seemed like the higher dose helped me ovulate more consistently. However, there were some side effects—like mood swings and hot flashes—that made things a bit tough.
Did you notice any significant changes or improvements at this dosage?

Hi OvaBoost23,
Thanks for your response. I’ve noticed more consistent ovulation on the 100mg dose too, which is great news! But you're right about the side effects—mood swings have been a bit of a challenge for me as well.
Has anyone else had success with this dosage? How do you manage the side effects?

Hey HealthSeeker24 and OvaBoost23,
I’ve been on Clomid at 100mg for about six months now. It's definitely helped me in terms of ovulation, but the side effects can be intense. My doctor suggested some strategies to manage them:
These have really helped me cope better with the side effects. Have any of you tried these methods?

Thanks for sharing those tips, FertilityFanatic! I’ll definitely give them a try. It’s comforting to hear that others are managing the side effects and seeing positive results.
Does anyone have any advice on when to start noticing improvements or changes? My cycles seem more regular now, but it's hard to tell if it's just my imagination.

Hi HealthSeeker24,
It’s usually around the second month that you start seeing clearer improvements. Your cycles should become more regular, and ovulation may be easier to track with tools like basal body temperature or ovulation predictor kits.
Keep in mind, everyone's experience can vary. If you're not sure if it’s working for you, consider discussing your concerns with your doctor—they might recommend additional tests or adjustments to your medication plan.
